Civil Engineer/Project Manager – Land Development

As our staff is the key to our success this individual shall team with other fellow professionals to offer superior services while working in an enjoyable environment.

Requirements include: Professional Engineer (PE) with a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in land development and/or environmental engineering.  Individual must have specific experience in project management including scheduling, budgets, and quality control.  Requires technical knowledge in site design and layout, grading and earthwork analysis, water distribution, sanitary sewer and storm drainage design, storm water management, erosion and sedimentation control, and roadway design. Individual shall also be responsible for preparing engineering reports. permitting, and technical specifications.  Excellent communication skills and positive interactions with clients, regulatory agencies and staff are required.  Prefer and individual with proficiency in AutoCAD.
