Transportation Engineer, Highway Design Engineer, or Civil Engineer – Highway Design and PennDOT experience
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for Highway and Roadway projects including preparing designs, specifications, cost estimates, and construction plans.

What you need:
- 3+ years of recent HIGHWAY DESIGN and PennDOT experience
- BSCE, Bachelors of Science, Civil Engineering
- Highway/Roadway Project Management or Project Lead background
- PE Professional Engineer License, Pennsylvania preferred
- Proficiency in Microstation CAD and InRoads
Highway Design and Highway Engineering experience:
- Right-of-way
- Highway and Roadway Signage
- Drainage, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control
- Roadway Geometry
